We start by assisting with the selection of yarns and then advise on the correct development of the prototype and also the correct production techniques to achieve a process that is both high quality and efficient.
Using the Stoll knitting machines and Chinese domestic machines we produce over 500 original proto every month across the gauges – 3gg, 5gg, 7gg, 12gg, 14 gg and 16 gg.
Our design team provides customers with the latest developed swatches and garment sample for their inspiration.
Sample room can apply almost all kinds of techniques, including beading, embroider, dye, print, crochet etc.
Sample Lead-time for every proto is about 7-10 days.
BULK PRODUCTION AND INSPECTION
After PP sample is confirmed and a Purchase order is issued by the customer, we move forward to production step.
We have full inspection during the whole production process, usually with 3 - 4 steps, to make sure every piece of garment is checked before ship to our customer.
The bulk lead-time is usually 30-45 days at the time PP sample and bulk yarn are ready.
